Job Description:
A jobholder in this role will have key accountabilities for the day-to-day delivery of defined Customer SLAs and would require to have the acceptable productivity levels for the business.
Essential Functions:
- To participate, as a member of Personal and commercial Banking team, in providing functional, administrative and operational services to our clients with regard to banking operations and Mutual Funds & Registered plan.
- Communicates with customers on exceptions and hand-offs.
- Attends training sessions to keep abreast of changes in the respective domain/compliance
- Undertakes special assignments as appropriate.
Eligibility Criteria:
Competencies / Qualifications / Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma (3 year) in any discipline. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field would be preferable
- Very good analytical and reasoning skills – Ability to understand complex situations completely by asking relevant fact finding questions, to determine the exact process steps required to extract the data for problem resolution, to synthesize the available information in the right context to arrive at the accurate and complete resolution
- Good Written Communication.
- Very good keyboard skills – Formal Training in Typing would be an added advantage.
- Very good customer service attitude.
- Stress tolerance – Ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Good Team Player
- Willingness to work in night/rotational/staggered shifts
