Job Description:

Purpose of role: Execute transactions/tickets as per client provided guidelines and timelines and follows the process with the objective of meeting defined SLA. Understanding of Point of Interest will be required.

Broad activities performed:

• Interpret issues reported by internal and external map users – Understand the customer problem, reported via tickets.
• Adding, editing, or deleting agency sources
• Providing feedback and suggestions when issues and concerns are encountered
• Keeping track of completed tasks, initiatives, and upcoming responsibilities on a regular basis.
• Review and research requests to determine if map attributes require edits/updates – Conduct the required research per process in order to solve the reported issue.
• Perform data attribute editing – Make accurate edits on map as required & evident from research
• Perform quality check on completed tickets as per checklist
• Close the ticket per process with appropriate closing actions

Skills Required:

• Graduate with Excellent communications skills for Voice support process

Salary:

• 1.50 to 2.0 LPA
