Job Description:
- Designation: BPO Operations Representative I– Healthcare domain
- Role: Team Member – DSTWS
- Reporting: Manager Operations
- Experience: 0 – 2 Years experienced professional in ITES industry with US Healthcare experience.
Overall responsible and accountable for the allocated tasks in the  project. This includes following activities
- Accomplish the task with required quality in the given timelines;
- Adhere to the team norms for making the overall team a cohesive one.
- Work with Team lead / supervisor on tasks, in gathering pertinent information from subject matter experts
- Understand the project objectives and contribute towards the achievement.
- Completing tasks with high quality of deliverables;
