Job Summary:

• The role of the IT Support Analyst is to provide 1st level support to internal support teams via uptrends & SolarWinds monitoring tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Should be willing to work at 24/7 support
• Create, maintain & update system documentation where required
• Ensure that all incidents and Service Requests are logged into the helpdesk system, ensuring all relevant information of the request is logged in the ticket

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors Degree

Minimum Experience:

• Should have basic knowledge on Computers
