Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Ad serving issues for high-end clientele
- Provide e-mail and chat support for issues raised by publishers
- Issues can be related to ad serving / reporting / ad delivery / page implementation / creative development
- Work along with publishers on accounts to enable features and resolve UI related issues
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers(2018/19) with excellent communication are most welcome. 2020 graduates will not be entertained.
- If you have given an interview for this position previously in the last 60 days, you cannot avail yourself again.
- THIS IS NOT AN IT / Web Development / Web Designing job
Skills Required:
Primary skills required (mandatory): The interview process will involve multiple rounds of screening based on the below parameters.
- Round 1 (Advanced communication screening) – Excellent written language skills in English a must
- Round 2 (Logical reasoning aptitude test)
- Round 3 (Technical interview) – In-depth knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript is a must
Secondary Skills:
- Good understanding of web concepts and development technologies
- Online marketing capabilities
- Using tools for debugging
