Job Position: Project Coordinator
Job Location: Dubai – United Arab Emirates
Job Description:
- Project coordination, follow up , assisting creative centers for fragrance projects liaise with account management on project status, acceptance , refusal and planning,
- Managing the project team and interface with sales and project team at significant stages of the project , initiate adjustments or changes,
- To be ensure correct datas and updates on projects in internal systems which should be done in proper way,
- Provide management with up to date reports on projects and sales,
- Participating in project meetings,
- Bridging between sales , creation and labs,
- Following and organizing sample deliveries,
- Preperation of offers and documentation,
- Marketing search for personal care, laundry and home care categories and prepare proactive marketing presentations,
- Supporting marketing team in creative centers.
Skills Required:
- Self motivated and well organized,
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing,
- At least 1-3 years work experience preferably in Fragrance business in sales, sales service, evaluation or marketing experience in other industries (preferably FMCG, flavors, chemical/ingredients),
- Fluency in French and English,
- Ability to deal with basic financial concepts/processes (pricing/margin/forecasting) and work with IT systems,
- Passion in fragrance with strong interests in product development, consumers and market understanding (Marketing/R&D/CI),
- Basic fragrance knowledge and olfactive skills,
- Basic negotiation skills,
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
- Play an active role in daily project meetings.
