What you’ll do:
- Analyze KPIs related to the Q-Commerce business
- Support in SOP creation to improve the performance of noon in minutes’ operations
- Play a key role in initiatives to drive efficiency across the order fulfillment cycle
- Demonstrate high energy – able to work in a team operating at a high pace
- Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s in business management or a similar field
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
- Internship experience in a related industry (e.g. Management Consulting, FMCG, Startups)
