LifeWorks Freshers Recruitment 2022 Position Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide end user testing and quality assurance services
- Create and execute test plans and utilize scenario specific test cases for effective testing of Web based client facing and internal enterprise applications
- Produce documents for each testing operation (goals, test case, expected results, schedule, etc.)
- Able to perform & implement regression testing process & provide QA sign off after testing completion
- Participation in client & requirement clarification calls.
- Demonstrate Task level ownership (Work assigned to self and immediate sub-ordinates).

- 0-2 years of QA experience in client facing web based and internal enterprise applications
Skills Required For LifeWorks Freshers Recruitment 2022:
Will require the following core qualifications and skills:
- 0-2 years of QA experience in client facing web based and internal enterprise applications
- Communicate ideas, plans and status effectively with all team members.
- Strong understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
- Very good knowledge of SQL tools and databases
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional ability to adapt and adjust in a fast pace environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
