Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:
- Independently handling overall Metallurgical lab activities in the plant.
- Metallurgical Failure analysis of all customer issues (In-house, User plant, Field.
- Proactive audit of supplier parts at certain defined frequency.
- Tracking all metallurgical issues and take corrective actions from supplier.
- Proactive audits at supplier end for special processes such as Heat treatment/plating.
- Supplier Audits at periodic intervals.
- Provide technical support / Guidance to SQI team with respect to metallurgy
