Job Description:

  • Execute project management admin tasks.
  • Prepare and manage project management documents.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.
  • Organize and attend meeting to , and Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Support Project manager and team members to help them complete project tasks.
  • Foster cross team collaboration.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met, determining project changes.
  • Undertaking new project tasks as required and developing project strategies.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
