Job Description:
- Execute project management admin tasks.
- Prepare and manage project management documents.
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.
- Organize and attend meeting to , and Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Support Project manager and team members to help them complete project tasks.
- Foster cross team collaboration.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met, determining project changes.
- Undertaking new project tasks as required and developing project strategies.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
