Interoperability is vital to extending our market leadership by building next-generation market data, insights, and analytics products powered by our world-class datasets.

- Basic knowledge of Excel and SQL

- Self-motivated, able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description For S&P Global Off Campus Drive 2023:
Responsibilities:
- Support the Data Governance team in maintaining accurate and complete master and reference data for the Oil and Gas domain.
- Assist with developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures, and support compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data management strategies align with business objectives.
- Participate in data quality analysis and reporting activities and help identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Document workflow of various processes under Master Data and Reference Data
- Conduct thorough research and analysis, gather associated information and data, and investigate relationships between data objects to support requirements
- Actively audit the data, seek improvements to data quality, and pursue automation opportunities
- Participate in the development of master data management strategies (for example: match and merge rules) and related tooling operations
- Engage with stakeholders and data stewards through knowledge sharing and lessons learned, training, and education
- Investigate industry and trends within master data, reference data, and the broader data management discipline
