Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Support Associate (Chat Support)
- Candidate prime role will be assisting the customers through Email & Chat.
- Deliver an experience to every customer, meeting Client service standards
- Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately.
- Provide support in projects and initiatives as and when required.
