Job Description:

We are hiring for Front line Agents:

• Responds to Chats, Emails and assigned tickets from users;
• You will observe Work From Home in the initial days/months or until any change in the business requirement. However you will have to be flexible with work from home and work from office.
• 24/7 Shifts with two days rotational off (No fixed Sat & Sun Off).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresher/Experience with excellent communication (UG/Grad/PG)
  Experience in chat and email are preferable
• Ultimately, you will be a person of customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their problems.
• Notice Period of 30 days or fewer days
• Should be Interested for rotational Night shifts.
• To have good knowledge on Music apps and social media is an added advantage
• Should have good convincing power as you will be regularly in contact with clients and/or customers.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
• Good documentation skills
• Should have a great customer handling skills
• Able to handle unforeseen situations
• Typing speed 35 w/m 95% Accuracy
