Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Research customer problems and deliver solutions
• Deliver an experience to every customer, meeting Client service standards
• Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals
• Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated appropriately.
• Work as part of the team to ensure the program floor is a positive and professional environment.
• Provide support in projects and initiatives as and when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduation Mandatory

Skills Required:

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fresher or max 1 year of work experience in email or chat support (preferred but not required).
• Ability to use Computer Systems application usage (shortcuts, alternating windows, navigating tools)
• Knowledge of browsers (IE8, Chrome)
• Excellent Typing Skills
• Fluent comprehension and composition skills while communicating and retaining shared thoughts
• Good understanding of email/chat etiquette
• Should be ready to work with rotational shifts 24/7
• Currently WFH, should be ready to work from office depends on pandemic conditions.

Salary:

• 2.25 to 3.0 LPA
