Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Must be hardworking and energetic.
- Should have a strong sales personality.
- Must be motivated and target driven.
- Maintain individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Preserve sales team activity reports file.
- Reach out to customers to get orders.
- Fill general documents.
- Set up, maintain and expand the customer base.
- Determine emerging markets, market shifts and be aware of new products.
- Prepare proposals and organize sales visits and presentation.
- Improve business opportunities through various routes to markets.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualifications:Bachelors Degree with experience as sales executive.
Skills Required:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Proficiency in English.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent negotiation Skills.
- Having high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
