Job Description:

What you shall do?

• Visit prospective customer’s homes for their Home Painting Requirement
• Pitch to Customers about the UC’s Painting Services and consult them to make the right choices.
• Win the customer and get UC hired for the Customer’s Painting work

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0 to 5 years of Experience, Freshers can also apply
• Must be comfortable with travelling and field sales
• Prior experience in Sales is preferred
• Educational Qualification – Graduate/MBA

Skills Required:

• Must have excellent communication skills

• Step 5 – Final Onboarding

Salary:

• Compensation: Fixed 27,000/- per month + Performance based incentive upto 15,000/- per month.
