• Matching the documents with internal tools and initiating the payment
• Receiving invoices and processing them immediately for payment
• Consistently exceed productivity and error standards
• Should be able to provide updates/best practice sharing to the team
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
• Handled customer inquiry functions
• Uploading documents (Internal Tools)
• Keeping a great relationship with all the Client
• Team Player
• Flexible with Shifts and Public Holidays
• Should adhere to the company policies
• Good knowledge of Google tools such as Chrome, Drive, Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Sites , etc.
• Hands on experience on mentioned – Excel, PPT

Eligibility Criteria:

• Designation : Associate
• Education Qualification -Graduate (Any Stream)
• Technical Graduates and Post Graduates are not eligible
• Results pending would not be eligible
• Experience : 0- 1 Year only

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• Should have good typing speed
• Quick Learner
