Job Qualifications:
- Education: Fresh Graduates in any discipline; Postgraduates & MBAs’ are welcome to apply provided they are within the 0-1 years’ experience range

Job Description For Wolters Kluwer Freshers Recruitment 2022:
Overview/Basic Function:
- This role is primarily based out of the need to develop the procurement function and to help develop a career for aspiring candidates wanting to make a career in procurement.
- Wolters Kluwer requires enthusiastic individuals with an interest in learning procurement and various aspects of procurement including a knack of providing excellent customer experience to our internal and external stakeholders.
The candidate would spend time of minimum three months on each sub-function and learn different aspects of procurement and expected to provide ideas and brainstorm with colleagues in the following areas:
- Process improvement
- Enhanced customer service
- Transaction quality
Based on experience gained, the candidate would be placed in one of the sub-functions
- Procurement Helpdesk
- Procurement Operations
- Content & Catalog Management
- Contract Administration
- Deal Support
- Tool Management (Coupa Administration)
- Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Train on different sub-functions within the Center of Excellence procurement team over a period of 2 years minimum
- Work on transactions involving procurement helpdesk, contract administration, procurement operations, deal support, catalog updation and creation and other sub- functions as the case may be
- Update and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures from time to time by taking input from respective subject matter experts
- Assist supervisor in development of reports and other basic tasks assigned from time to time
- Brainstorming partner for process improvements and customer experience
Other Duties:
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Physical Demands:
Should be willing to work rotational shifts as per business requirement:
- 3 pm to 12 am IST
- 7 pm to 4 am IST
Should have a proper Work from Home environment with fiber broadband internet including a dedicated work space
Once office is operational, candidate to travel to and fro from office on their own. Company does not provide transportation facility
