- User Feedback Specialist : Supporting Customers Technical issues
- Experience : 0-2 years in Mobile technology
- Degree: Graduate

Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree: Graduate

Skills Required:
Must have:
- Hands on experience in analysing technical issues reported by the Customers via Feedback App.
- Expert in handling VoC (Voice of Customer) for Mobile phones, making reports and understanding mobile features
- Should be technically sound and have excellent trouble shooting skills. Must be a go getter
- Should be able to handle customers gracefully and resolve issues within the available SLA
- Good in probing Customer issues
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good to have skills:
- Knowledge in flashing and tracing tools of Qualcomm, MTK
- Familiarity with different handset behaviour and technologies
- Soft skill training from a reputed Centre
