Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all Critical Network components and contact the Vendor like Cisco TAC’s and Service providers.
- Responsible for ensuring all incidents and Severity-1/Severity-2 outages are opened in a timely manner, properly documented, tracked and resolution occurs.
- Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts including Night and weekends.
- Work closely with Infrastructure support teams to diagnose and resolve configuration issues.
- Provide on-call support for Monitoring and L1 troubleshooting as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Network Administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science-related discipline, or equivalent business experience.
- Good experience in Routing & Switching
- Should have experience in Firewalls, Wireless Security etc.
- Good experience/knowledge in SolarWinds, Network Monitoring Tools, Ticketing Tools
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communicational skills is must.
- Basic Knowledge about SLA, Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Basic Knowledge about Network Technologies.
- Basic knowledge about Networking with concepts like RIP, BGP, OSFP etc.
